St Ninians Garden Apartment: self catering accommodation
The Garden Apartment is a clean and modern self contained apartment peacefully located a 3 minute walk away from the beach at Sandyhills. The apartment is ideally suited to couples and small familes, well behaved pets are welcome (1small/medium dog only). The apartment is situated at the rear of St. Ninians house and has it's own enclosed mature garden, which overlooks an oak wood. The apartment has one bedroom so comfortably sleeps 2 plus a child or baby. There is also a sofa bed in the conservatory so can accommodate a futher 2 adults.
The Garden Apartment has oil central heating so is cosy, and would suit Autumn/Winter bookings as well as the summer months. The price for the apartment is fully inclusive of all heating and electricity costs, all bed linen is provided, please bring your own towels.

Description of accommodation
- Large conservatory which looks out on to the garden area. Plenty of space for double bed on request; also lounge furniture and dining area with table and chairs.
This leads on to the Galley kitchen with cooker, fridge with a small freezer compartment, and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you will need for your stay. - Door leading into the bathroom, a large roll top bath with shower over, tiled walls and under-floor heating.
- The bedroom off the bathroom has a King size bed, with views to the Oak wood.
- All bed linen is provided, along with tea towels, washing up and cleaning materials. We do not provide bath towels.
Outside
- Private drive to Garden Apartment with parking for two cars.
- The private garden is well stocked with mature trees and is very peaceful. Red squirrels run across the lawn daily. The garden is fully enclosed for children to play in safety.
- Garden furniture is provided.
